We send pallets through AST, so one call to us covers the whole of mainland UK.
Timed and Saturday services aren't available to every postcode. We'll confirm when we quote.
Pallet sizes
All sizes use a standard 120 × 120 cm base. The size you pay for depends on weight and height, so you only pay for the space you use.

Exact weight and height limits depend on the pallet network and the delivery area. We'll confirm when we quote.
Parcels or a pallet?
Parcels can be up to 30kg each, with up to 20 in a consignment. Once you're sending heavier items, or lots of boxes to one address, a pallet is usually cheaper and safer.

We can collect from your supplier or customer and deliver to you, or anywhere else in mainland UK.
Goods in transit cover
Pallets are covered under the network's insurance terms. Ask us for the limits if you're sending high-value loads.
Building a pallet that arrives in one piece
- Use a sound wooden pallet with no broken boards.
- Heaviest items at the bottom, stacked square and flat on top.
- Nothing hanging over the edges of the pallet.
- Stretch-wrap the load to the pallet itself, not just the boxes.
- Keep within the height for the size you've booked.
- Label two sides, and mark it clearly if it's fragile or mustn't be stacked.
